Come and Party – Renewable Manilla – 100 Mile Night. Friday 18th October.

 

Please join us to celebrate  Renewable Manilla – 100 Mile Night, on Friday 18th October. It is an opportunity to come together, feast on fantastic local produce, celebrate 20 years of local Landcare and learn about the local solar project.

Last years event with Simon Holmes a Court was such a success, and our solar project has come along way in twelve months –  we plan to make this event bigger and better. The 100 Mile Dinner will be held in the Manilla Showgrounds, guests will enjoy three courses served on a long table in the open air.  Dinner will be catered by Swan Fine Foods, Barraba.

Main
Chicken with coconut, mint, zucchini and pistachio rice salad
Coffee spiced beef brisket, rainbow slaw with miso and sesame dressing
Warm baby potato’s with paprika, garlic cream + dill
Sourdough
Flavoured oils, balsamic and dukkah
Dessert
Meringues with raspberry mascarpone and edible flowers
Creme brûlée tarts

After dinner and dessert – entertainment will include a fantastic live band and nocturnal nature walk with local Ecologist Phil Spark.

Adult ticket $40 +bf.
Children meal (under 16) $12 + bf
Buses from Tamworth available – $16 pp + bf
Tickets inclusive of bus travel available leaving from 5.15pm
Tamworth Train Station – Attunga Hotel – Manilla.

Tickets may be paid for in person by arrangement with Emma Stilts, or visiting the Tamworth Growers Markets Saturday mornings.

This is a community celebration. All are welcome!

For those not wishing to purchase the 100 Mile Dinner Ticket, we welcome you to attend and enjoy the evening. There will be sausage sizzle available with proceeds going to CWA Drought Aid.
